俄罗斯莫斯科国际激光和光学技术展览会（Photonics）是俄罗斯及独联体最专业的激光、光学和光电技术国际展览会，该展从2006年开始，一年一届，在莫斯科国际展览中心举行。在全世界，Photonics正在成为一个成功的企业必参加的活动，数千家高科技公司从事这一领域。该展会展示了目前在多个行业中使用的激光设备、光电子和光学仪器制造的能力。由Expocentre AO，激光协会（俄罗斯）主办，由俄罗斯工业和贸易部、白俄罗斯共和国国家科学技术委员会、欧洲光子产业联合会（EPIC）等的支持。

Photonics. World of Lasers and Optics 2023 is currently running at EXPOCENTRE Fairgrounds. A meeting of industry representatives of HR issues was held within the show’s conference programme.
The meeting was attended by Russian Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Vasily Shpak, representative of the Russian Ministry of Science and Higher Education Mikhail Petrov, representatives of the Rostec State Corporation, Shvabe and other industry enterprises.
In recent years, during the industry’s dynamic development and unprecedented support measures for manufacturers and developers of high-tech products, many companies have experienced staff shortages, which have been exacerbated by the growing demand for electronics products. Employees involved in cutting-edge projects to design, promote and develop electronic products are in demand all over the world.
“The 20th century was the century of the electron, and the 21st century will be the century of the photon, so the issue of staffing in this segment of the radioelectronics industry is particularly relevant. Industry representatives need to consolidate to draft a roadmap for improving educational programmes, infrastructure and the development of human resources in the field of advanced technologies. All the necessary resources for this are available,” said Vasily Shpak, Russian Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade.
Additionally, the deputy minister talked about the importance of industry associations in solving urgent systemic problems, and the meeting participants supported the initiative to sign a cooperation agreement with the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade to establish effective and mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of advanced photonics, radio photonics and electronics of new materials.
