Audience: More than 22,000 visitors underline relevance.Clear focus on cross-trade cooperation
Building technology, renewable energies, energy technology, e-mobility – the current megatrends of the electrical industry together with the cross-trade cooperation of craft companies were the focus of eltefa 2023. After three successful days, the largest trade fair event of the electrical industry in the south has come to an end. From 28. up to 30. In March, around 400 exhibitors presented products, services as well as installation material or lighting and building technology in four halls. In total, more than 22,000 visitors came to the Stuttgart exhibition centre to find out about current trends and key future topics. Even though utilization in the electrical industry is currently very high, many have decided to visit eltefa, which underlines the importance of Stuttgart as a business and trade fair location. Trade visitors took advantage of the opportunity for personal exchange and informed themselves about current innovations, whose cycles are getting shorter and shorter. For the majority of the audience, the topics electrical installation technology, energy technology and lighting technology were clearly the focus of the visit to eltefa. Thus, the offspring could also be addressed. The proportion of thirty-year-old trade visitors was significantly increased and the attractiveness of eltefa for young professionals is clear.

Building sector with high potential for energy transition
